The Simple Food Project's freeze-dried raw recipes, crafted with every dog's health in mind, are made entirely of raw, fresh, whole foods, without any grains, fillers, or artificial preservatives. Our freeze-drying technology preserves almost 100% of the vitamins and minerals in each ingredient, making the benefits of a raw diet accessible and convenient for everyday pet parents.

The ingredients in our recipes include grass-raised beef, wild-caught salmon, grass-raised beef liver, flaxseed, grass-raised beef heart, organic carrots, organic cranberries, wild-caught whole ground krill, organic green peas, ground pumpkin seeds, organic spinach, organic ginger, sea salt, dried kelp, dried yeast, and mixed tocopherols (a natural preservative).

Our recipes are guaranteed to have a minimum of 40% crude protein, 0.12% taurine, 26% crude fat, 5.2% omega-3 fatty acids, 2.5% omega-6 fatty acids, and a maximum of 6% crude fiber, 8% moisture, and 16% carbohydrates. The omega-3 to omega-6 ratio is 2:1.

With a metabolizable energy content of 4751 kcal/kg or 369 kcal/cup, The Simple Food Project's freeze-dried raw meals are an affordable and accessible option for pet owners. Owners can choose to feed The Simple Food Project exclusively as a complete and balanced meal, or use it as a topper or mix-in for their dog's regular food. It can also be served as a special "hey, thanks for being you" treat.

Each of our recipes contains only 16 real, whole food ingredients, all proudly sourced in the USA, except for the wild-caught krill from Norway. We purposefully balance our recipes for the carnivore, with a high meat content, rich in omegas, and low in carbohydrates from fresh USDA organic fruits and vegetables.

Every batch of The Simple Food Project's freeze-dried raw recipes is made in our state-of-the-art, GMP facility in Wisconsin, using the highest food safety standards.
